Purpose
Mostanad is an online document preparation service (administrative papers, forms, invoices, CVs, QR codes) for professionals and individuals.
Account
You create an account with a verified e-mail address. You keep your credentials secret and you are responsible for actions taken from your account and by your team.
Plans and payment
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are bought only inside the app, from Settings › Subscription, by bank transfer. Prices are shown in dirhams. A subscription runs for the chosen period; you can upgrade at any time, prorated.
Your content
You remain the owner of the information you type. You check every document before printing or handing it over, and you do not use Mostanad to forge documents or mislead an administration.
Limits
Mostanad is not legal advice. Some acts (property sales, marriage by proxy, court representation…) require a notary, an adoul, a lawyer or a judge. Signatures must be certified by the competent authority.
Access by our team
For support, an authorised Mostanad team member can access your account only through a logged procedure, with a reason, visible in the log.
Availability and liability
We do what is needed to keep the service available and backed up, but cannot guarantee absolute availability. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after informing you except in an emergency.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction.
