Yes, to start. The Starter plan is free with no time limit: one finished item per month (a paper, a photo or a PDF), unlimited drafts and previews, official forms and useful links. No bank card is asked at sign-up.

Only when you are ready, and only inside the app: Settings › Subscription, by bank transfer. The public website never asks for payment.

You create your free account and the plan you chose is remembered. You use Mostanad right away, then pay for that plan inside the app whenever you want.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, prorated. Downgrades happen at renewal. When a subscription ends you get 7 days of grace, then the account returns to Starter; your data is kept for 12 months.

In the browser of your computer, tablet or phone. You can also install it like an app. Pro works on one device at a time, Business on five.

The interface is in Arabic, French, English and Spanish. Papers are written in Arabic and French, with automatic grammar agreement (le soussigné / la soussignée, أنا الموقع / أنا الموقعة).

No. Mostanad is a document preparation tool, not legal advice. Some acts require a notary, an adoul, a lawyer or a judge; Mostanad tells you so. Signatures must still be certified.

Yes. Sensitive information (ID numbers, addresses, paper content) is encrypted, sign-in can be protected with two-factor authentication, and we follow Law 09-08. Each shop sees only its own data.
