Try before you pay
The Starter plan is free with no time limit: you use Mostanad before deciding to pay. No payment is asked at sign-up.
Withdrawal period
You can ask for a full refund of a first subscription within 7 days of payment, under Law 31-08 on consumer protection.
After 7 days
The subscription stays active until its end and is not refunded pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at renewal.
Payment error
A duplicate payment or a wrong amount is refunded in full.
How to ask
Write to us from the help center (subject "Subscription and payment") with the account’s e-mail address. The refund is made to the original card or account, usually within 15 days.
